About USA:-

The United State of America, commonly known as the United States (U.S. or U.S.A. or America) is a country primarily located in North America. It has 50 states and 5 major self-governing territories. The capital of the U.S. is Washington, D.C. (District Colombia). The currency of the USA in US Dollar. The population of the USA is approximately 331 million. It is the 3rd. largest country in terms of population after China and India.

California is the largest state in the U.S.A. with a population of 3.95 Corers approximately.  Popular language to be spoken in the USA is English and Spanish. Courses Available:

1). Associate Degree:- Duration- 2 Years

2). Bachelor

3). Master

Gap is accepted is 10 to 15 Year but Student have justify that what he was doing in that duration.

Academic Requirements:–

1). For Associate Degree:- Minimum  50 % in 12th Class

2). For Bachelor’s:- Minimum  50 % in 12th class

3). For Master’s:- Minimum 50 % in Graduation

IELTS Requirements:-

1). For Associate Degree-  

     :-For normal Universities- 5.5 not less than 5.5

     :-For Higher level of Universities- 6.0 not less than 5.5For

2). Bachelor’s Degree:-

      :-For normal Universities- 5.5 not less than 5.5

      :-For Higher level of Universities- 6.0 not less than 5.5

3). For Master’s Degree:-

:-For Normal Entry in Higher Universities- 6.0 not less than 5.5

:-For Direct Entry in Higher Universities- 6.5 not less than 6.0

Without IELTS :-Student can  also apply for US Visa without IELTS with following conditions:

1). For Associate and Bachelor Degree:-

:-Must have 50 to 55% in academics

:-Need to Clear ESL (English as a second Language) which will be of approx. 2 to 8 weeks. Fee for ESL is____.

:-Student should be good in Listening and speaking.

2). For Master Degree:-

:-Must have 50 to 55% in academics

:-Need to Clear ESL (English as a second Language) which will be of approx. 2 to 8 weeks. Fee for ESL is____.:-

:-Student should be good in Listening and speaking.

Note: – If the student wants to continue his studies in U.S.A. after completing his Associate degree then he can do it by upgrading his course in Bachelor degree from the same college. In this case the work permit will be allowed only after completion of his Bachelor Degree.

 Student can work 20 hours in weekday and 40 hours on weekends while continuing his Studies.

Work Permit in U.S.A. is of Two Types:-

1).CPT( Curriculum Practical Training):- 

     This is a permit which a student gets while continuing his Studies. If any student have relevant experience on the basis of his previous education than he will get the priority in getting the work first. The work permit duration of CPT is 12 months. Student can renew his work permit once the previous one expired.

2).OPT( Optional Practical Training):- 

    This is a permit which a student gets after completion of his studies. The Duration of the OPT is 24 months or 2 years.

If a Student is applying for Master’s than he must have to provide GRE or GMAT score.

Student has to provide SEVIS (Student Exchange Visitor Information System). Charges for SAVIS are 350 US $. SAVIS  fee is valid for 1 Year

VISA Process:-

1). Documents Required for I-20 :-

  • :-Academics Documents( 10th,12th ,Graduation Degree and DMC in case of Maters)
  • :-Passport
  • :-SOP
  • :-CV
  • :-Transcripts( For Master’s)

Note: – I-20 is a kind of Offer letter which a student receives from the university or college for student has applied. The Fee of I-20 is 200 to 400 American $ which is valid for 6 months. The average time of receiving I-20 is 1 to 3 months approximately. Student needs to show funds along with I-20 form to the I-20 from the particular university or college.

  • :-Funds:-  

           For UG- 20 to 22 Lakh

           For PG- 22 to 25 Lakh

In U.S.A. the third party funds are also accepted which means that besides student’s Parents anybody else can help the student in showing funds. Bank Support Certificate will be required from Bank’s Side for showing the details of the person who is funding student’s Education.

  •  Pay I-20 Fee

2). I-20 Received

3). Pay SAVIS FEE( 350 American Dollar)

4). Generate CGI code to pay Embassy Fee( 160 American Dollar)

5). Book  Embassy Interview

6). Interview Preparation

7). Final Interview with Embassy:- Student needs to go twice to the Embassy.  1st time for Bio-Metric and 2nd time for Face to Face interview (3 to 4 minutes). Student needs to be good in Listening and speaking to crack the interview.

8). If Student’s Visa is approved then the Agent will receives the stamped passport from Embassy.

9). Student will transfer the 1 Year fee

10). Student will provide the Medical approved by MBBS doctor. The Medical Charges are approximately 6000 to 7000 INR.

Note:-If in case the student gets a refusal then he/she do not needs to pay the I-20 fee and SAVIS fee if he applies within the expiry duration of both.  The Embassy is non-refundable
